My name is Viviana Morales Kolb. Most people call me “V” or “Viv.” I am a 12 and half year Army Veteran. I served in the Army from 2004-2016. In the military I was a Preventive Medicine Specialist and for the last 2 years that I served, I was a Drill Sergeant at Fort Jackson, SC. I’ve always been drawn to the topics of health and wellness. I started really getting into lifting weights about 6 years ago and have been on the journey to physical and mental strength since. I am a certified personal trainer and work with in-person clients as well as online. I really enjoy seeing the transformations of those individuals that I have the opportunity to work with.
I am currently living in Killeen, Texas with my husband and children. I have three boys that are 15, 10, and 1. My last baby boy was our IVF miracle! We also have two dogs. One of them is a husky-retriever mix, Loki. Although, he looks very much like a pure husky and my other dog’s breed is unknown. Athena, she is the sweetest of the two dogs. My husband is still active duty as an Army flight paramedic, and that’s what brought us to our current location. I like to workout, hike, bike with my baby boy in the back seat, binge on Netflix, read, go to church, and spend time anywhere near water. I am originally from Miami, Florida so water is where I feel most at peace.
