By accepting the Christopher Coffland Memorial Fund, DBA Catch A Lift Fund(CAL) use of the Landing Zone the User acknowledges that the use of any coaching and/or instruction and/or information provided by the CAL Fund or its coaches, employees, officers, representatives and anyone acting on the CAL Fund’s behalf, carries with it substantial risks of serious injury and bodily harm, up to and including death. User further acknowledges that User understands and accepts such risks, and waives any and all claims, demands, lawsuits and any other causes of action against the CAL Fund and it’s coaches, employees, officers, representatives and anyone acting on the CAL Fund’s behalf arising from the use of any coaching and/or instruction and/or information provided by the CAL Fund or its coaches, employees and anyone acting on the CAL Fund’s behalf.
