Coach Hayden Harmon
Coach Hayden Harmon brings over a decade of high-level strength, performance, and tactical leadership experience to the Catch A Lift Fund. A USMC Infantry Veteran (2009–2013), Coach Hayden completed two combat deployments to Afghanistan, including serving as a Military Working Dog Handler.
Following his military service, Coach Hayden earned his Master’s degree in Health and Human Performance from Oklahoma State University and built an extensive coaching career spanning JUCO, Division II, and 5+ years at the NCAA Division I level. Currently serving as the Coordinator of Athletic Performance at a 6A high school in Oklahoma, Coach Hayden is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Registered Strength & Conditioning Coach (RSCC), and USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coach.
Coach Hayden is passionate about translating battle-tested leadership and elite human performance science into practical, sustainable habits for CAL Veteran Athletes.
Outside of the weight room, Coach Hayden enjoys playing golf, shooting, and attending sporting events at Oklahoma State University. Coach Harmon and his wife are excited to welcome their first son into the world at the end of September!
